Lydia W. Jumonville CPA
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Lydia Jumonville has served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Baylor Health Care System since 1999. She is the senior advisor on financial matters to Baylor's management and board of trustees and works directly with the finance, investment, and audit committees of the board. She also coordinates and oversees the system's financial functions, which include financial and capital planning and budgeting, financial reporting, reimbursement, tax management, corporate compliance, treasury, business services and internal audit.
Jumonville joined Baylor in 1988 as director of corporate tax management. She directed the design and implementation of the system-wide restructure and staffing of the financial functions, was instrumental in developing and implementing Baylor's corporate compliance program and provided leadership in the formation of HealthTexas Provider Network, Baylor's physician organization.
Jumonville, a certified public accountant in Texas, was a tax manager with Arthur Andersen, LLP, prior to joining Baylor. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives Institute, Healthcare Financial Management Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association - CFO Forum Peer Leader Council and The Health Management Academy.
She currently serves on the boards of directors of ODC Therapy Inc., Church University Insurance Company, Health Care Insurance Company of Texas, Baylor Health Enterprises, Inc., Baylor Health Network, Inc. and on the board of trustees of Baylor Health Services. She also serves on the boards of managers for THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano and Texas Health Ventures Group.
She graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University in 1981 with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
