Baylor Medical Center at Frisco Wins Award for Overall Employee Satisfaction

(FRISCO, Texas, May 31, 2007)-Baylor Medical Center at Frisco was recently awarded an Excellence Through Insight award for Overall Employee Satisfaction by HealthStream Research. The hospital ranked No. 2 among 223 hospitals nationwide. Recently, Baylor Frisco also was named as one of the "60 Best Places to Work in Texas" by Texas Monthly magazine.

Baylor Frisco was chosen for receiving the highest ratings in employee satisfaction from among HealthStream Research's clients as well as exceeding industry standards. To qualify for the award, Baylor Frisco must have scored in the 75th percentile or better in employee satisfaction measurements and been an employee satisfaction client of HealthStream Research in 2006.
