Baylor Health Care System Hosts For Women, For LifeT Event

Event Focuses on Hot Health Issues for Women

(DALLAS, TEXAS – Jan. 17, 2008) – On Saturday morning, Jan. 26 women throughout North Texas can learn more about ways to improve their health through Baylor Health Care System's annual For Women, For LifeT event. The following six Baylor medical centers will host a variety of seminars and screenings:

Each Baylor medical center offers a unique blend of screenings, health seminars and opportunities to talk with health professionals. Health screenings and seminars focus on women and cancer, heart disease risk among women, urogynecological issues and solutions, orthopedic injuries, osteoporosis, facts about maintaining a healthy diet, hormone replacement therapy, how stress affects the body, and the importance of exercise.
