  • Diagnostic and therapeutic neural block procedures
  • Epidural steroid injections
  • Neurolytic procedures
  • Sympathetic blocks
  • Radiofrequency thermocoagulation
  • Cryoneurolysis

All physicians on the medical staff of Baylor Centers for Pain Management are certified by the American Board of Anesthesiologists as sub-specialists in pain management.

Interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Programs
We provide a range of services to help meet your needs and goals in life. They include individual treatments, our Focused Interdisciplinary Program and our Comprehensive Outpatient Program.

Program components include proven strategies such as conditioning, stretching and aquatic exercise; behavioral techniques to manage pain such as visualization and biofeedback; and cognitive or behavioral therapy to improve coping skills and reduce emotional distress. The program also includes training in body mechanics, ergonomics, adaptive daily living skills, and vocational counseling if appropriate.

Positive Outcomes
Baylor Centers for Pain Management combine medical education and scientific research to promote successful outcomes for patients. A review of more than 600 patients who completed our programs shows significant improvement on a variety of standard measures, including activity levels, ability to do important life activities, coping, physical strength and endurance, and decreased use of medication.

Communication with Your Physicians
While a referral from your primary care physician is not necessary, communication with your doctor or other health care provider may be useful in understanding your medical history.
