The Mary W. and Ralph E. Faxel Endowment for Nurses was created with an initial gift of $3,000,000. The gift provides funds to recruit, recognize, and retain nurses at Baylor All Saints Medical Centers. The proceeds from this endowment enable Baylor All Saints to maintain a high level of nursing care in the midst of a national nursing shortage. It provides scholarships for nursing education, recognition programs, training seminars that attract a national nursing audience, and other programs to ensure that Baylor All Saints can recruit and retain the expert nurses to care for our community.
