Geriatric Care

To care for the growing population of older adults, the Baylor Geriatrics Center, located on the Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas campus, serves as the central resource for a wide range of programs including specialty clinics and a diagnostic area for comprehensive evaluations. Baylors network also includes community-based senior health centers and home-health services.

The innovative Ruth Ray Hunt Elder House Calls Program takes a team of health care providers, led by a fellowship-trained geriatrician, to the elderly homebound. Your gift will help with the annual funding of this program, which helps reduce hospitalizations and keeps people out of nursing homes.
